Global Health Audit was created to continue needed discourse of topics encompassed under the notion of global public health. In my current profession of clinical research, the practice of being audited is not unfamiliar. Initially my thoughts constituted of: unease, strife, turmoil. Yet, the stress in preparing for an upcoming or imminent audit engenders careful analyzation and yields higher quality work. By adopting this rationale, the global public health community can benefit from routinely auditing approaches, policies, and research being made in the field.
